8:21. تب یورام صعیر کو گیا اور اُس کے سب رتھ اُس کے ساتھ تھے اور اُس نے رات کو اُٹھ کر اُدومیوں کو جو اُسے گھیرے ہوئے تھے اور رتھوں کے سرداروں کو مارا اور لو گ اپنے ڈیروں کو بھاگ گئے۔

8:21. Joram crossed over to Zair with all his chariots. The Edomites, who had surrounded him, attacked at night and defeated him and his chariot officers. The Israelite army retreated to their homeland.

8:21. So Jehoram went with all his chariots to attack the town of Zair. The Edomites surrounded him and his chariot commanders, but he went out at night and attacked them under cover of darkness. But Jehoram's army deserted him and fled to their homes.

8:21. Then Joram passed over to Zair, and all his chariots with him: and he rose up by night, and smote the Edomites that compassed him about, and the captains of the chariots; and the people fled to their tents.
